Platform Rules

In addition to the terms you agreed to in our Terms and Conditions of Use, these rules help ensure that everyone using Mediation Manager, LLC has a safe, professional, and effective experience.
1. Appropriate Use
Whether you are a mediator, firm member, or party to a mediation, you are expected to use the Mediation Manager site and services responsibly. Do not misuse the platform in a way that interferes with its intended purpose to include, but not limited to, scheduling, confirming, and managing mediation sessions. You must not use the Mediation Manager platform to engage in inappropriate activity including, but not limited to:
- Misrepresenting your identity or your role in a firm.
- Scheduling sessions under false pretenses or with the intent to harass or deceive others.
- Using the platform for any purpose unrelated to mediation services.
2. Harassment and Threats
Mediation Manager is a professional platform. Harassment, threats, or any conduct that may create a hostile or unsafe environment for mediators or parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account. You must not use the Mediation Manager platform to engage in harassing or threatening activity including, but not limited to:
- Repeatedly contacting a mediator, party, or firm member to intimidate, coerce, or harass.
- Using the platform to make threats, intimidate, or engage in discriminatory behavior.
- Sharing or exposing private information of another user without consent.
3. Misuse of the Scheduling System
The scheduling system is intended for legitimate mediation purposes only. You must not use the Mediation Manager platform to engage in activity that misuses the scheduling system including, but not limited to:
- Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform’s scheduling or availability features.
- Booking multiple sessions under false identities or to block availability for others.
- Circumventing fees, subscription rules, or payment processes.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
If your firm or account uses subscriptions or payments through Mediation Manager, you must not engage in inappropriate activity pertaining to subscriptions and payments including, but limited to:
- Unauthorized use of payment methods.
- Providing false or misleading information to avoid fees.
- Engaging in fraudulent financial activity.
5. Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Mediation Manager site and services. You must not use the Mediation Manager platform to engage in any illegal or prohibited activity including, but not limited to:
- Scheduling sessions to facilitate illegal activities.
- Violating privacy laws or regulations regarding client information.
- Using the platform in ways that breach contractual or legal obligations.
Enforcement
Mediation Manager monitors platform use and may take action if these rules are violated. Violations may result in:
Temporary or permanent suspension of accounts.
Removal of access to scheduling features.
